The questions I get on every first call.

What's the partnership structure? +
It is a percentage partnership. I take a cut of what we build together, so I only win when you do. The exact split depends on two things: whether there is a retainer involved and the size of your audience. We lock the numbers on the call, in plain terms, before you commit to anything.
How long until we launch? +
We lock a real launch date on day one and reverse engineer everything from it. The whole point of the model is hitting that date, not drifting past it for six months while you "get ready." Most builds land in 1 to 3 months, but it depends on what we are launching and the size of your audience.
What if I don't have a product idea yet? +
Good. That is the job. I pull the product out of what your audience already comes to you for. You do not need a plan, you need an audience. If you have one, we have something to build.
Do I lose control of my brand? +
No. You stay the face and you own the asset. I build and run the machine underneath it. It is your business, your list, your product. I just make it work a lot harder than it does now.
Who actually does the work? +
I run strategy and the build. A managed VA bench plus automation handles execution. You are not hiring a freelancer who ghosts you halfway through, and you are not stuck running an ops team yourself.
